Forest Park Library to Improve Access

The Forest Park branch library has been approved for funds to update its handicapped access. The funding, which was scraped up from unexpended funding in the Fiscal Year 2009 capital budget, totals $361,617, and will be used to construct an elevator access at the Oakland Street side of the 102-year-old building.
