Springfield Blight Report – Sept. 6, 2010

Over at Masslive.com, I’ll be taking photos of and commenting on various chronically blighted properties throughout the city of Springfield. These will be properties that have been headaches for their neighbors for years, now, either privately-owned or City-owned. Folks are also welcome to submit their complaints of chronic blight to me here.
