At the Albany Kennel Club Dog Show

Last weekend I attended the Albany Kennel Club Dog Show [Oct. 19-20] at the Big E fairgrounds in West Springfield, MA. Below are some photographs and a short video of some of the action. Thankfully, I was accompanied by Masslive.com forums poster K9Capers, who helped me in identifying many of the pooches in attendance (which I otherwise would have merely identified via two categories: the big ones and the little ones).

Due to the dim lighting and me having a cheap-o digital camera, some of the photos are not the greatest. Sorry!

Folks came from as far away as Pennsylvania (right) and New Jersey (left).

And what would a dog show be without beer and hot dogs.

Pet supply vendors were also on hand.

While at the dog show, we also stopped by a horse show that was going on the same day. (See the video for more.)
