SLIWA TO COME TO SPRINGFIELD
Guardian Angels Looking for Volunteers

Curtis Sliwa, talk show host and founder of the Guardian Angels, will be in Springfield to conduct the first training session of the Springfield Chapter of the Guardian Angels.

“This is an opportunity for us to take back our neighborhoods from the thugs who infest our city,” Springfield City Council candidate John A. Lysak said. “We will be conducting training and taking applications from concerned citizens who wish to join us in fighting crime.” Lysak has been the only person running for the council to publicly support the Guardian Angels’ Springfield Chapter.

The session will be held [Friday], September 21st, at 7:00 PM at Lysak Family Martial Arts & Fitness, 1490 Allen Street in Springfield.
