Powell Reception Held

A reception was held for candidate Karen Powell on Wednesday, August 29, to help her in her bid for a seat on the Springfield City Council. In attendance were many friends of Powell’s, as well as her husband, Bob, School Committee member Antonette Pepe, and many past and present City Councilors.
